We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at serpentwalletsco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to arrange an exchange on your product is to contact us via email at serpentwalletsco@gmail.com. Once a return label has been arranged, please ship the product back to the return address. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for any user damage, if none is present we will send you a new product. Please be advised that you will only be able to exchange a product at no added cost if it is the same product you initially purchased. If the product is different (determined by SKU number), the purchaser will have to pay any discrepancies in cost. Please note that promotions at the time of purchase will not be honoured if you are exchanging a product for another style product (determined by SKU number), outside of the promotion window. Please not that promotions may not be applied store wide and only on select items. No exchange will be applied to warranty cards.
Refunds
At Serpent Wallets, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality genuine leather wallets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
**Refund Eligibility**
You may be eligible for a refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product has a defect, is unsafe, or not durable.
- The product does not perform its intended function.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or misuse of the wallet, intentional damage, or general wear and tear.

**Return Process**
To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email: Serpentwalletsco@gmail.com. Include your proof of purchase and a description of the issue in your message.
- If your refund or exchange request is approved, our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure you include your order number or receipt with your return.
- Once we receive and assess the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund or exchange request.
**Refund Processing Time**
We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow between 12 and 50 days to receive the money in your account as bank times vary.
**Refund Method**
If your refund request is approved, you will receive the refund via your original payment method. We cannot issue a refund to a different card.
**Order Cancellations**
We can cancel your order and issue a refund if it has not been dispatched. If your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept the delivery, and you will need to pay for the product to be returned. Once we receive the wallet or product(s), we will inspect it for use and damage. If applicable, we will issue a refund for the product. Please note that we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
**Extended Warranty**
Extended warranties are available for purchase and valid for up to 3 years from the date you receive the product. Extended warranties do not cover misuse of the wallet, intentional damage, or wear and tear. Changes of mind regarding extended warranty purchases are not eligible for refunds. In the event that Serpent Wallets ceases operations within the 3-year warranty period, the warranty will be considered null and void. Warranty can not be purchased without a wallet, nor can it be purchased in a seperate transaction if you have previously purchased a wallet. If by error the transaction processes, Serpent Wallets has the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.
Serpent Wallets do keep track of sales history, so if the purchaser loses the stainless steel warranty card, rest assured we will still honour the warranty. If the warranty is a gift, and the individual that received uses the warranty, please be advised that they will need the purchasers details and order number to proceed with any replacements.
